The Service, including all materials, courses, content (except for user-provided content), features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio), are and will remain the exclusive property of CAS Institution and its licensors.
Our trademarks, trade dress, and intellectual property may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of CAS Institution.
Crucial Clause for Courses: When you purchase a Course, you are purchasing a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and consume the content for your personal, educational use. You are expressly forbidden from downloading, reproducing, sharing, reselling, or otherwise distributing the Course material.
\u200b4. Purchases and Payments
4.1 Payment Terms and Processing
We offer Courses and Products for sale through our proprietary or third-party e-commerce system. You are responsible for any charges associated with the purchases made through your Account.
All transactions, including electronic payments, are processed via secure third-party payment gateways (including but not limited to Moyasar, Tabby, and Tamara). By submitting payment information, you grant us the right to provide the information to these third parties for the purposes of facilitating the completion of the transaction. We do not store your full financial information (such as credit card numbers) on our servers.
\u200b4.2 Pricing and Availability
All prices, discounts, and promotions posted on the Service are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a Product or Course will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set in Saudi Riyal (SAR).
\u200b4.3 Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the educational content (Courses), all sales are generally final and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in the specific Course description or under the following conditions:
\u200bThe request is made within seven (7) days of purchase.
\u200bThe User has not accessed more than 20% of the course content or modules.
\u200b5. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your Account immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
\u200b6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an \u201cAS IS\u201d and \u201cAS AVAILABLE\u201d basis.
\u200b7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall CAS Institution, nor its directors, employees, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
