The Human Resources Diploma at CAS Institution is an accredited academic program designed to establish comprehensive foundations in the principles and practices of human resource management. The program is officially licensed and accredited by the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC), with a curriculum carefully tailored to align precisely with the regulatory and operational demands of the Saudi labor market.
The program spans two and a half years, during which students undertake intensive academic tracks covering the administrative, legal, and developmental aspects of the field. The program is conducted in Madinah over four days a week (from Sunday to Wednesday) to ensure a stable, immersive, and stimulating learning environment.

The program provides an integrated study of organizational management, focusing on the following core pillars:
